Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Can we accommodate tolerance and shift factor at maintenance workbench form?

Business Requirement is to find tolerance and shift factor at maintenance Workbench form.

Tolerance : to provide a gap of some interval between two sets defined

Shift factor : Provision to pre-pone/postpone a scheduled work order created by some shift factor percentage.

These functionalities are defined in SAP ERP.

Since, Business was already using SAP ERP .They want to accommodate same in Oracle too.
