Announcement: Extended support waiver for Standalone Essbase plus 11.1.2

For Customers with Stand-Alone Essbase Plus Licenses, the Extended Support fee will be waived for the first year, i.e., January 2022 – December 2022. For details, please refer to the Oracle Software Technical Support Policies

Users can find the current Essbase 11.1.2.x support policy in Lifetime Support Policy: Oracle Applications brochure within the Oracle’s Hyperion Releases table with the following support timeframes: GA Date – April 2010, Premier Support Ends – December 2021, Extended Support Ends – December 2024, Sustaining Support is Indefinite.
