Freight Handling code in Transfer order

Hello Team,

I would like to know how the freight handling code is fetching for transfer order(ST/OT).

For To-Branch address number has no freight handling code in Customer master - billing page. Still the order fetching freight handling code in ST order. Is there any hierarchy to fetch freight handling code in ST order, can we have define freight handling code any where else other than Customer master and preference master?
