P051191 - Timecard Corrections and Work Orders

When using the timecard corrections functionality on the Historical Timecard Filter (P051191), can we use it to change the Work Order (subledger) charged on the original timecard?

What are the limitations of when you can use Timecard Corrections to fix a historical timecard (e.g. You cannot make a change that affects gross pay, & you can't change the pay type - but what else?) Does the related burden get updated as well when time is posted through if using the F0724 Burden File?
