Unable to update supplier contact information in EBS R12

Hello, I want to update supplier contact information. The contact directory page (Navigation: Purchasing Super User > Supply Base > Suppliers page) lists all the supplier contacts available for that supplier. But there is no option to edit/update the contact. Is it governed by some setup? Any help on this is much appreciated.
