Asset Categories in Projects

We have an issue in Oracle Project Cloud where when we are trying to create a capital asset, system is allowing to select all LOV configured in the application for Major and Minor category for all the FA books whether that category is assigned to a particular FA book or not.

Do we have any solution to restrict the LOVs for Major and Minor category to appear only for the ones assigned to the FA book?
