Expdp does not start after backup & restore of DB from One DB server to another DB server

Hello All,

I have taken backup of single instance 19c DB (19.3) from one DB server and restored in 19c RAC server.

After DB restoration, I notice that expdp is not even starting & it shows many ORA errors (attached). But expdp is working in Single instance source DB. I am not able to get a solution from Oracle support site. I have opened SR and its not helping till now. They are asking to run TFA.

I want to ask if anyone of you have seen similar issues.
