P012503 - Work Center Error messages

Hello there,

Seek your advice if there is any additional setup required before seeing "personal in basket" messages, besides to setup address book and attach to user profile?

Steps below:

-- Setup an address book number 106327

-- Attach the address book number 106327 to user profile "A" (with system admin access)

--Login in JDE "A" and look at work center and not see "Personal in basket" mailbox

--Checked another user "B" and it has got "Personal in Basket" mailbox


--Changed the address book to 106176 for user "A" and able to see "Personal in Basket"
