Accounting program goes on warning Can someone guide us what was the wrong in system ...

one of user making reverse receipt in AR but its stuck in Q1-ADJ-2021 I think this make some issue I attached both file Accounting Log & AR exceptional file.

Kindly check attachments & give some solutions I am highly Thankful for any upcoming advice ...
