BSV assignments and transactions

Hello,

We have 2 legal entities and each legal entity are assigned with their own BSV assignments. Is it possible to create transactions under one legal entity using the BSV assigned in another LE?

For example, LE A is assigned with BSV called DE01, DE02, and LE B is assigned with BSV called DE03, DE04, Now I want to create transactions under LE A using the BSV DE04. Is it possible?
