Ordering inventory item as expense
Hi,
We have a requirement where some items are used as inventory (maintain stock) as well as expense (no stock maintained).
I wanted to check whether we can setup the item as normal inventory item but create requisition for the Inventory Item in BPA
as normal expense item by unticking "Deliver to Inventory" while creating requisition in iProc?
i have created a sample requisition and created receipt and generated accounting and it all appears to working fine (attached details).
is this approach ok or should we define the item as inventory item and non-inventory item in BPA and always use non-inventory item in BPA for expense?
