Task Prompt For Versions on R04110ZA is loading ZJDE0001 into QBE on Versions List

I am experiencing the same problem as previously reported in Bug 31236172, where I have a task defined for R04110ZA to prompt for versions. The task DOES NOT have a default version defined since the Prompt for Versions radio button is checked. When I hover the task, it shows a version ZJDE0001. When I select the task, it goes to the versions list, but defaults the Version Name QBE column with ZJDE0001. I have to clear the QBE to see all the available versions. This behavior is not consistent across environments, even though I have the same ESUs applied, most recently JN19272 which contains changes to
