Incorrect Employer Cost for LTD Basic ER Plan

in Compensation and Benefits - EBS (MOSC) Question

We have discovered that since Sept 13 the amount we have been paying our vendor for LTD has been understated. The only thing we can think of here is changes that may have come with RUP 14 for 12.1.3.

Looking for some feedback on what is controlling this calc and where we go to correct it. Our plan for LTD appears to be set up correctly and has not changed since before August when all was showing correctly.

This is impacting our Production Open Enrollment so any and all responses are appreciated.
