Trouble Formatting Row with FR Web Studio 11.2.5

Hello,

I am trying to format a row by adding shading to a report that we have run for a long time. In FR Web Studio, rows 3 and 5, it looks like I have successfully done it.

But when I run the report, in HTML or PDF, only the member name column is formatted, the other columns are not shaded.

The report was initially created with some version of 11.1.2.4.7xx FR Studio desktop client. Is there a bug editing desktop reports with Web Studio, or is there a technique for applying row formatting that I am unaware of?
