Hello,

When i sign in with the same user with TR (Turkish) language to PD environment (a separate weblogic server) there is no any problem but when i sign in with the same user with TR (Turkish) language to PY wnvironment (a separate weblogic server) the form is not opened exactly (appears only header). When i check the logs, i view the following error :

VTFormRenderAdaptee: renderHTML4: failed to render: java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: 5

I found the following article but i did not understand what it meant :
