Will 12.2.11 be certified on Oracle Linux 7 on Exadata platform

We are about to start an upgrade project in December and were hoping to go to 12.2.11 now that it has been released but this appears to not be certified with Oracle Linux 7.

The plan was to upgrade db from database 12.1.0.2 to 19c and EBS from 12.2.9 to 12.2.11.

We are running on an Exadata platform running Oracle Linux 7.

Is certification likely to occur and there is just a delay in that happening after the 12.2.11 release or is it that it won't happen. If just a delay is there any indication how long that is likely to be on average before certification is released?
