Is it possible to Move/Transfer the Oracle Assets in OAT if there is no association?

in Install Base and Asset Tracking - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi,

Oracle Assets are available in Fixed assets but not able to find those in deployment page. Is it possible to do the deployment transactions when Item instance is not associated to Assets ?

User wants to do the Install, Move, retirement, Put in service and retirement for their legacy assets in OAT application.
