Required to post service item with first shipment

Hi

Though we ship full or partial shipment, we need service charge item to be considered and posted to finance with first shipment.

In short

if one sales order has multiple lines and one charge line, whenever first line got shipped , system needs to consider charges line also with that shipment and post to AR.

How to configure this. , If we configure service charges as Bill To Item then it will get posted to AR without anyone of line got shipped as soon as line got booked..


Need guidance.
