Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. any idea on what does "Read_Record_Failure" and "Process released to free resources" error means from Agents?

Process released to free resources (process=109873/CLOSE/Process Agent)
