Unable to View the BIP RD output

We have a strange issue only one specific UBE which is having report definition attached the output is not loading automatically the XML source. When manually verified the xml and rtf both are good.

Any idea/leads how to troubleshoot. All lower environments are working fine except in PD. We re-promoted the templates and RD to PD again but no luck.


JDE 9.2 , AWS is hosted.
