How to feed up Employee Transaction History (F0618) whereas batch is already posted in F0911

Hello,

We are facing to the following situation :

We use Time entry program P051121 to enter time for each employee in Maintenance department. 

The UBE R052901 is launched every night and then a batch is created in F0011 (with ICICUT = '51' and ICIST = 'A'). Record is well created in F0011.

Afterwards, the batch R08901 is launched (with a Data Selection on ICIST = ‘A’ and ICICUT = ‘51’), This one automatically launches also R053951, R053953 and R053952. But sometimes, only the journal entry is posted in F0911 but nothing found in Employee transaction history in table F0618, and we don’t know why.
