XWRITE in Calc Mgr rule 11.2.5

Hello,

We have a Calc Mgr rule on a Planning form that we thought was working for a long time, but it looks like if we delete data in the Planning form, the xwrite does not clear that data in the target cube.

Is the statement below supposed to clear it? If not, can it be modified to clear it?

We seem to have a lot of misbehaving rules since upgrading from 11.2.3 to 11.2.5, although we have not determined for certain it is the new version.
