Steps to Properly Deploy Changes to RTF Word Template

I need to make an enhancement to one of our Word RTF templates that has been previously deployed to our production environment. If I understand correctly, I will need to perform the following steps.

(1) Upload the modified Word RTF template to the proper existing JDE Template object.

(2) Confirm that the JDE Template object is correctly associated to the proper existing JDE Report Definition.

(3) Confirm that the UBE and its version is associated with the correct Report Definition by viewing the 'Version Detail' associated with my UBE and version.

(4) Request that my UBE and version be deployed to our JDE PY environment for testing.
