Academic Institution on Advising Notes page

I received a request asking how to get the Academic Institution field to default on the Advising Notes page. I did not find any user defaults that caused the Academic Institution to populate on the Advising Notes page. Am I missing something, or is there not a way to set the Academic Institution default for this page? (Academic Advisement > Student Advisement > Advising Notes)

We are on CS 9.2 PUM 22, PT 8.58.13.
