Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How can I roll-forward a standby database with missing archive logs?

Oracle DB Standard Edition

OS Windows Server 2012 R2

No backups are available.

Missing archive logs (5 files 56MB each) are not accessible on primary due to file read errors

Standby: Last log applied on August 12th.

Primary Server: Unavailable.
