EM Grid Control Update for Cipher Suites

I am working to upgrade our EM Grid Control version 13.2.0.0 which is installed on a Linux server. We have EBS 12.2.6. We want to be able to navigate to the Grid Control console via Chrome, which is restricted by our internal policies to use the latest TLSv1.2 security.

It sounds like we have to update the JRE which is currently 1.7.0_111 to version 1.7.0_261. I have been following several Doc IDs, but Doc 2661849.1 seems to have a good overview.

I got down to the OMS update section in my review, and it looks like patch 30857795 was replaced by patch 33172866, but I see that I cannot download this patch as it appears to be in Extended Support. This appears to allow the new cipher suite configuration in Nodemanager so I believe this is required.
