Clone Issue After Patch 32841266: CPU PATCH FOR JUL 2021

We are facing issue with our clone process after applying the JUL 2021 patch 32841266 in our R12.1.3 instance. Has pointers on this would be helpful.

Application tier clone

perl adcfgclone.pl appsTier is failing with the below error

java.lang.NullPointerExceptionat oracle.apps.ad.tools.configuration.CVMHelper.getDBName(CVMHelper.java:300)

at oracle.apps.ad.context.CloneContext.setDatabaseName(CloneContext.java:4588)

at oracle.apps.ad.context.CloneContext.doClone(CloneContext.java:621)

at oracle.apps.ad.context.CloneContext.main(CloneContext.java:5266)

RC-50004: Error occurred in CloneContext:

null

Context file creation not succesful
