NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID

We have enabled SSL certificate on Oracle EBS Application 12.2.9 (Windows Internal CA and Internal certificate) and its successfully installed also it works fine on Internet explorer and firefox but on Google Chrome (for all systems) it prompts NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID

I do not understand why only google chrome shows this error.
