Setting up Standing Orders

We just upgraded to Oracle 12.2.10 and I know there is a feature in this version that allows us to set up monthly sales orders that will allow us to ship a product and bill the customer on a monthly/semi monthly basis but I am not having any luck finding a document to help walk me through setting this up. Can someone help me please? I see monthly Billing, but we are not only trying to bill the customer, but also ship product as well.
