ETO - Actual Cost Rollup

Hi,

we created a project, and its related tasks and child tasks.

now one of the tasks is fabrication, on which a work order was created, and processed.

the above updated the estimated and Planned cost correctly;

However when we issued the wo component and completed the work order and even after running manufacturing accounting and posted the batches, we ran R31P301 (Actual cost rollup) but why the actual cost was not rollup to the project.

note the actual cost are updated to F3102.

Please can anyone advice why this might be happening..
