Unable to install a package using yum

I have Oracle linux 7 installed on my server. I have been installing yum on it but I don't know what happened recently, each time i try to install or update using yum, i keep getting this error message.


# yum list

Loaded plugins: langpacks

https://yum.oracle.com/repo/OracleLinux/OL7/UEKR5/x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml: [Errno 14] curl#35 - "Peer reports incompatible or unsupported protocol version."

Trying other mirror.



 One of the configured repositories failed (Latest Unbreakable Enterprise Kernel Release 5 for Oracle Linux 7Server (x86_64)),

 and yum doesn't have enough cached data to continue. At this point the only

 safe thing yum can do is fail. There are a few ways to work "fix" this:
