Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. As part of that form, we need to supply

List all ‘Officers, Directors, Trustees, Key Employees, and Highest Compensated Employees’ – along with their hours and compensation information
Count of employees with reportable compensation over $100,000.
Supporting documents for these employees (attached)
