Is 12.1.3 Benefits Self Service Buggy? Shows Exception LE during Open Enrollment

During Open Enrollment we are seeing various things that seem like a buggy product.

This is the latest:

From user: It states my enrollment period is 27-AUG-2021 – 30- AUG 2021.  I was trying to update my FSA for next year to put in for the max amount (which is what I currently have) but it wasn’t working. 

Why on earth would there be an exception life event?
