Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello,

When I try to try login to the Fat-Client machine and change user role for project it gives this error.

I have followed E1: OMW: Unable to Change User Role for Project Receiving Error "Fetch from Table F0101 Failed" (Doc ID 1070333.1)

Everything is fine with the user profile,It has an address number associated with the profile.
