Bonus Depreciation rules (168 k) for MACRS 100, MACRS 150 and MACRS 200 for Oracle EBS 12.2.9 Assets

There are no Seeded Bonus Depreciation Methods for 30%, 50% ,100% bonus as per Jobs and Growth Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2003, the American Jobs Creation Act of 2004 the 2014 extension for Bonus Depreciation via the Tax Increase Prevention Act of 2014.

Is the patch Patch 20012197 applicable for 12.2.9 instance? If not is there any other patch for 12.2.9 instance? Or Is there any way to setup manually?
