Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. When the HIPAA 834 file is generated we are seeing two issues (hopefully, that is all):

It lists employees who are already termed and should not be in the list; When we started creating test files termed employees were not showing on list. However, when we closed open enrollment somehow they are now included in the list.
Some employees are showing two HD rows in Loop 2300, one with a code of 024 and the other with a code of 030.

Any help is much appreciated.
