DRM webservice test fails

Hi All,

we have recently built DRM 11.2.6 and while performing webservice deployment all went fine, but while attaching policy i didn't see it is getting reflected while testing wsdl url from enterprise manager.

and i have restarted all required service though, the type i selected were soap webservice webclient,soapwebservice ,adf sop webservice etc.

also while testing i see below error :

The selected operation getSysPrefs could not be invoked.

A fault occurred while invoking the webservice operation. The fault is : <env:Fault xmlns:env="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/">
