Exadata -AHF upgrade 21.3 - ahfctl upgrade says connection refused to the remote node of the cluster

Team,

I have been trying to use ahfctl upgrade option to upgrade the AHF to the latest version in an Exadata evvironment.

This has been successful in the local node of the cluster but it failed to install in the remote node of the cluster. Here is the installation log.
