HFM rule to populate C4 member (target) with appropriate ICP member (source).

We created a C4 hierarchy identical to the entity hierarchy. What is the most efficient rule to be able to populate a C4 member from the appropriate ICP member for a specific account.

For example, if I have a balance of $10,000 in account 100, ICP 200, C4 AllCustm4, how do I populate account 100, ICP None, C4 member 200 (target C4 equivalent to source ICP) with the same $10,000?
