Idea Space Improvements

Why can't I search by topic within an Idea Space category? This lack of functionality guarantees to produce duplicate ideas for the same idea which in turn dilutes the ideas that customers care most about. It also discourages customers from using the space

Ideally any Idea Space categorization would be cross-linked with other areas. For example, the "Discussions" categorization doesn't like up with the Ideas lab categories. There is no unified thinking about Oracle products. The lifecycle of a user "problem" would follow the path of:

  • I need information - PeopleBooks
  • I need suggestions - Discussions
  • I need improvements - Ideas Lab
