Are there any standard inventory aging reports/features available in 12.2 OR Cloud Fusion?

I am seeing mixed answers on whether or not there're any standard oracle features around inventory aging.

Looking in the 12.2 manual, I see there is an 'Inventory Aging Report (XLM)', I'm trying to understand if my organization is missing this feature. Apart from seeing it in the user guide, I do not see anything else online regarding a standard report (unless is has to do with consigned inventory), I just see people asking the same question or working on creating their own report.

Can anyone provide a straight answer on whether or not 12.2 has any standard functionalities around inventory aging?
