How can I edit a collaboration team/remove people from it?

We are trying to remove constraints related to the PDRT and one of our employees has the following sourcing constraint: "Sourcing: This person is part of a collaboration team for RFI, RFQ or Auctions. Remove the person and reassign the collaboration team."

Could someone point me in the direction/responsibility where I could begin to resolve this error? Any tips greatly appreciated!
