Academic Advising - DLST Taken in Last (# of Terms) configuration assistance

Hello, we are looking at an issue similar to this one posted in January where a course equivalency is currently being recognized and used to satisfy a requirement despite the course having been taken by a student in 2005.

Is there a way for us to allow the List Recall function to weed out all courses that were taken more than 5 years ago for all students so that they are ignored by the Audit? I can use the Taken in Last (#Terms) and achieve the result I want for this single student by setting the quantity designation. However, that only applies to one student who returned to our institution after being away for 14 years. Is there a comprehensive solution for all students that I should be using instead?
