Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. 12.2.10 Employee Self Service Throws Java Exception Error on mostly Payroll Items

When accessing payslip, W2, W4 and Direct Deposit changes under old/current ESS responsibility in 12.2.10 we are now given

java.lang.NullPointerException

at oracle.apps.per.selfservice.common.webui.SummaryContainerCO.processRequest(SummaryContainerCO.java:92)

What changed with this? Why can we not see the items we use to be able to? What are we missing.
