Impact on employees' leave balances if lower the "max leave balance"?
Hello,
We need to decrease the maximum leave balance for one of our existing leave plans. For employees whose current leave balances are over 100 hours, what will happen to their balances when we run the leave accrual process?
For example, an employee has 110 leave hours. Will the leave accrual process remove the hours in exceed of 100 so that his balance will be capped at 100 hours? Or his balance will remain as 110 hours and accrue no more hour?
