Export / Import Project Web Services Call

Didn't see a specific category for P6 Web Services, so I may have to redirect this question.

Trying to use Web Services to export projects from P6. It only extracts the project, correct? It would be great if, like the manual process, it would export the baselines with it. I don't see an option for that.
