How can we create a pivot grid to display budget, expenditures and remaining bal.?

in Reporting - EBS (MOSC) Question

PeopleSoft - Tools Release 8.57.16; release Financials/SCM 9.20

Greetings has anyone created a pivot grid that displays the budget, expenditures and the remaining balances? If so, would you be willing to share your information with us?

Also, is it possible to convert negatives into positive and have them display correctly within a pivot grid? We are running into a problem. Any help and direction would be greatly appreciated.
