Has anyone integrated SGD 5.6 with Akamai?

I am trying to integrate my SGD 5.6 gateway & web server environment with Akamai. I can get to my initial log on page, but once providing credentials, I eventually time out and never get to the SGD webtop. If I route my traffic directly to my SGD gateway origin, my access and applications work with no issues.
