Oracle FC web logic server compatible with AWS RDS

Hello,

We are planning to migrate on-premise RPAS v16 to AWS cloud and to use the AWS RDS. Currently using Oracle weblogic Db 11g.

Can anyone provide any information as which Oracle FC weblogic Db is compatible with AWS RDS . Will 12c is supported by AWS RDS.

Also, if Oracle weblogic Db gets updated to 19c , Will oracle RPAS v16 applications still work ?
