Moving from Taleo to TAM - Source Tracking Question

Hello,

We are making the move from Taleo Cloud Recruiting to TAM and I'm curious how others handled switching from the use of Source Tracking Sources in Taleo to Marketing Sources in TAM.

Is that even the right approach?

Plus, we still use one or two tracking pixels that we have embedded in application flows. Is there any way to use them?
